FPAR stands for Forty Percents Against Rights and was started by WTAPS designer Tetsu Nishiyama in 1993. The line uses political statements and guerrilla messaging as the crux of it’s designs. A wide array of inspirations helped shape the spring/summer range, from Beavis and Butthead logo to old horror films.
